David Craft
Litigation Manager
David L. Craft is a shareholder and is the Firm’s Litigation Manager. Mr. Craft has 15 years experience in the areas of general commercial litigation, banking litigation, general liability litigation, eminent domain, employment litigation, civil rights litigation under Title VII and 42 U.S.C. §1983, collections and municipal liability defense. He also represents clients in related appeals in both federal and state appellate courts. Mr. Craft is also experienced in various forms of dispute resolution and is a certified mediator.
