David Craft

David is a Shareholder and serves as the firm’s Litigation Manager. David has over 30 years of experience in the areas of general commercial litigation, banking litigation, general liability litigation, eminent domain, employment litigation, civil rights litigation under Title VII and 42 U.S.C. §1983, collections, and municipal liability defense. He also represents clients in related appeals in both federal and state appellate courts.

David is also experienced in various forms of dispute resolution and is a mediator. David is a graduate of Leadership Frisco Class XV, and served on the City of Frisco’s Ethics Subcommittee.
