Arthur Walker

Arthur (Art)  is the founding partner of the firm and currently is Of Counsel to the Firm.  He  practices in the Greater Austin, San Antonio and Dallas metropolitan areas, as well as Deep East Texas. Art has extensive experience representing municipalities and other political subdivisions in federal and state litigation. As litigation counsel for numerous cities throughout the state, Art has proven experience in areas such as employment litigation, real estate litigation, general tort liability, and tort liability under the Texas and Federal Tort Claims Acts, Civil Rights Litigation under 42 U.S.C § 1983 and Title VII, and Whistleblower litigation.

Art also has significant training and expertise in the areas of conflict resolution and Alternative Dispute Resolution, including mediation and arbitration. Art has advised both private and governmental employers on litigation-avoidance and protection measures, as well as provided related training to employees of represented entities.
