Courtney Myers, Senior Associate
Courtney’s practice focuses on civil litigation with an emphasis on labor and employment matters, including Title VII, ADA, FLSA, FMLA, and other federal and state employment laws and regulations. Her experience includes representing and counseling governmental and private employers during various phases of dispute resolution involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower protection and wage and hour issues. Courtney also frequently leads internal investigations for employers concerning employee workplace claims.
Previously, Courtney worked in sports management, where she gained extensive experience advising clients on business and philanthropic ventures, as well as negotiating and managing talent and sponsorship contracts.
